Answer: Due to a high volume of orders, we are experiencing delays in our warehouse. However, please rest assured your parcel is still in the process of being picked and packed and will be on its way to you soon. We appreciate your continued patience and support during this particularly busy time. Keep an eye on your emails for your tracking information and check your tracking number or any updates!

Once you have placed an order with us our Warehouse team work hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order, therefore once you are charged we are unable to interfere with this process and make any amendments. If you are unhappy with your item(s) or no longer require them, you are welcome to send them back. When returning items to us, please include a note inside your return with your order number and the name and address used when placing the order. All returned items must be sent back to us, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.

Your refund will be processed once your return arrives and is processed at our warehouse. Return processing usually takes 7-14 business days and once approved you’ll receive an email notification of the refund.

If you chose a refund to your payment method — it can take your card company up to a full billing cycle (30 business days) to have this reflected on your statement. Kindly note, the refund can only be processed to the original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges or

return fees.

Please take extra care when entering your shipping instructions at checkout, once an order has been placed, we only have a short space of time in which to amend an address and sadly, if your parcel has already been dispatched, we are unable to change your shipping address for you.

If you find that you have entered the incorrect address, please contact our Customer Service team with your order details and your correct address information. We will try to help you as much as we can!

We try as hard as possible to ensure you won’t receive an incorrect item, however very

occasionally this may happen. Please contact our Customer Service team with images of the

incorrect item, where a member of our customer service team will help you further.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to

track your order.* Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure

to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.

*Please note that sometimes tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it

looks like it’s not moving, chances are it’s on its way!
